1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • Your order is lost during delivery.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, labels, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via bank transfer or mobile financial services.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was made by BDMushroomSupplement.
  • Return shipping costs are only covered when the return is due to our mistake.
